Seven things that make my life awful...

1. I have no work.
2. I have no internet.
3. I have no money.
4. The manager wants me to be on leave till my last day here at ST, sacrificing my earned-leaves.
5. People are bored of me, no one asks about my last day.
6. No one is even contemplating giving me a parting gift or a farewell.
7. No one comments on my blog.

Am I a Pakistani?

@Karan: Thanks! me getting free publicity, great...

@Vijay: Still evaluating, LJ seems a lot more customizable, am just looking through all the options...

Customisable yes if you are talking about user specifics and privacy. Though looks wise blogger is more tweakable. Think over it. Ready to help. I have tried more services than most can talk about.

Try motime.com
blogspirit.com
blogsome.com (wordpress free)
etc etc etc.

Hey Vijay,

Thanks man,

I've some homework for the weekend now!
will look around a bit more, And yes, I meant everything but the interface when I said more customizable!

One thing, Mebbe my limited knowledge but I don't see too many sites giving free space and other freebies for too long...

for the moment, my money is with LJ and Blogger...

wat say u???

Most services I quoted are beginning work on building a sizeable userbase to support advertising later in the day.

Blogsome.com and Blogthing.com are eminently homemade recipes. They feed off google ads that they put in your blog.

But you are right, it is best to invest in LJ or Blogger in the long run. There are rumors of LJ's owner SixApart being acquired by Yahoo! sometime soon. Google on the other hand is starting to encourage coders to work on opensource solutions for blogging like LJ. I hope LJ goes to Yahoo! The competition will keep us happy!

Hope to see you settled soon.
