MBA's with a sense of humor

A close friend back in Delhi is applying to ISB, looking at his application, there is one annexure "3. EVALUATION FORM" which is supposed to have professional recommendations.

It has some 9 global questions but the one that takes the cake is:
[I'm not joking, it is seriously there...]
6. How would you describe the applicant’s sense of humuor ?

Now, what has ISB got to do with an applicants sense of humor??? Is it preparing people for the 'Great Indian Laughter Show' or what?

I'm really interested in knowing how does an applicants chances of getting an admit get affected by his sense of humor?

And how many applicants have they admitted in the past whose recommendations said that they have a 'bad sense of humor' ;)

Beats me...

it is proven now that EQ is more important than IQ for one to get to the top echelons of management. Sense of humor is an essential ingredient of EQ.

Hope this clarifies.

Whoohooohooo,

Blame it on IQ or EQ or the MQ (Monkey Quotient i.e. Sun sign of Rand!) It's one of those illusion-genic questions where the accumbient fill fall in the trap by giving in the full points to him/herself. And you know what? No...No point telling you then.

Heheheeee
